Villa Médicis Hosts Festival des Cabanes and Contemporary Art Exhibitions

The Villa Médicis in Rome transforms its historic gardens into a stage for architectural and artistic innovation with the fifth edition of the Festival des Cabanes. This year's festival features six unique architectural installations, blending contemporary design with the natural landscape. Highlights include collaborations with ECAL/École cantonale d’art de Lausanne and Mutina, offering a fresh perspective on temporary structures as art forms.

Parallel to the festival, the Villa hosts 'Oracles Beyond the Seas,' an exhibition showcasing the works of its resident artists, spanning literature, visual arts, and music. The event underscores the Villa Médicis' role as a cradle of cultural dialogue and creativity.
