June 25, 2026

Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Parks Hospitality Holdings have unveiled new details about their upcoming Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos resorts in Mexico. Set to open in the second half of 2026, these properties aim to redefine the luxury all-inclusive experience by blending the distinctive identities of the Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt brands with Mexico's rich cultural heritage and natural beauty.

Park Hyatt Riviera Maya, located between Cancún and Puerto Morelos, promises a secluded retreat characterized by residential luxury, personalized service, and exceptional culinary experiences. The resort will feature 148 guestrooms and suites, many with private pools, and a chef-led culinary program spanning seven distinct venues. The design will emphasize local craftsmanship and materials, creating a contemporary yet grounded atmosphere.

Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, situated within the Oleada Pacific Living & Golf community, will offer 301 rooms and suites, including swim-out rooms and a Presidential Suite. The resort will feature over 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, complemented by five à la carte restaurants and five vibrant bar concepts. The architecture will draw inspiration from Baja California, offering a dynamic destination for both leisure travelers and group gatherings.

These openings signify a significant moment for Mexican tourism, showcasing the country's potential as a premier luxury destination. With their focus on authenticity and excellence, Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos are set to elevate the all-inclusive experience, offering travelers a new standard of luxury in two of Mexico's most celebrated destinations.
