Grenada which allows a dual citizenship, is a Member of the United Nations, of the Commonwealth of Nations and of the Caribbean community. We will cite the official site of Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme: 'Grenada has no foreign income, wealth, gift, inheritance, or capital gains tax. There is no restriction on the repatriation of profits and imported capital. Generous incentive packages exist including corporate tax incentives, full exemption from import duties, tax relief benefits, and export allowance. Grenada's currency, the East Caribbean dollar (XCD), is pegged to the United States dollar (USD). Lastly, there is duty-free trading in the Caribbean'. And no obligation to reside in Grenada. At this exact moment, when many countries still have their borders closed for persons without residence permits, it can be not that actual, but one by one they will reopen their borders.

The Grenadian Citizenship program has very few requirements for the candidate. Sufficient legal funds, no involvement in a criminal investigation, no threats to the national security of Grenada and other reasonable requirements. But there are a few interesting points. The first thing that can be a reason of a denial, is a previous denial of visa got from a country with which Grenada has visa-free travel. The second intriguing requirement of the Government of Grenada is the good health of the main applicant. This should be proved by a certificate by a medical practitioner, indicating that all applying persons are not suffering from any communicable disease. So, check your health before spending money.

Receiving of Vanuatu citizenship has similar principles of contribution as Grenadian and two options: granting of citizenship to an investor under the Capital Investment Immigration Plan and honorary citizenship under the Vanuatu Development Support Program. But this program is not that clear logically as Grenadian. First of all, there are a lot of agents that sell this citizenship. And there is a variety of confusing information on the official site of the program. Minimum prices can be cut by the selling agency, but you should know, that it's strongly forbidden by the government, so they have some precedents with annulations of the passports. The recent official minimum prices dated by April 2019, are 80 000 USD of a government contribution for a single applicant, 100 000 USD for a married couple, for a family of three (with one child) - 115 000 USD and of four - 130 000 USD. Minimum selling prices in Development Support Program starts from 130 000 for a single applicant and increase to 180 000 for a family of four. It is highly recommended to find an approved selling agency through the official governmental site.

The governmental program of granting citizenship was launched in 2017. Vanuatu Registry Services, company-contractor of the Citizenship Program of Capital Investment Immigration Plan, is currently based in Hong Kong. The Pacific Resource Group (PRG) which is based in Hongkong, is responsible for the coordination of the Honorary Citizenship Program in greater China regions including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. There is no precise list of countries open to Vanuatu citizens on governmental sources, but the agencies advertise visa-free travel to 129 countries, including UK, Europe, Azerbaijan, some African countries, Laos, Singapore, Maldives, Fiji, Dominica Republic, etc.
