Bentley appointed new director of design

Bentley Motors announced the appointment of Andreas Mindt as Director of Design, starting from 1 March, 2021.


Aiming to get a full electrification by 2030, the Volkswagen Group has been stepped in changes. Andreas Mindt who replaced Stefan Sielaff on its post of director of design, has been working on leading projects for a number of Group brands before. From designing the exterior of the iconic 1999 showcar, the Bentley Hunaudières, to exterior design evolution of the breadth of the Audi model range, the launch of the premium SUV coupé, the Audi Q8, and the e-tron, Audi’s very first full-electric production model.

In Crewe, UK, Mindt will lead a team of approximately 50 design experts with responsibility to form the design language for Bentley’s electrified future all of us are intrigued to see by our own eyes.
